Quynh Hau Kindergarten is located in Hamlet 8, Quynh Hau Commune (Quynh Luu). In 2015, the 29th Quynh Hau Commune Party Committee issued a Resolution to build a kindergarten that meets national standards at level 2. To implement this, the commune mobilized all resources to build and upgrade the entire infrastructure with a solid 2-storey building including: 14 classrooms and offices, playground, auxiliary works and many modern teaching equipment and facilities.

The work of organizing staff is also focused on. The Board of Directors includes the principal and 2 vice principals along with a team of 26 teachers and 2 staff members, all of whom are capable and have solid professional qualifications, from college level or higher. In the 2015-2016 school year, Quynh Hau Kindergarten has deployed 4 modules for teachers according to Circular No. 26/2012/QD of the Ministry of Education and Training on implementing regular training for preschool teachers, general education teachers and continuing education teachers. As a result, 41% of teachers achieved Excellent, 59% of teachers achieved Fair. In addition, every year, the school organizes and maintains emulation movements according to the instructions of the industry and locality such as: Emulation movement "Good teaching - good learning"; self-study movement, self-improvement to improve political level, professional level, well implement major campaigns of the industry; periodically organize professional exchange and training activities through organizing practical topics according to the school's and cluster's plans; IT skills training for school staff and teachers on how to draft and present documents, install and use educational software, design electronic lectures, search and exploit information on the internet to serve management and teaching work... As a result, over 90% of teachers know how to apply IT in child care and education; many teachers won prizes in competitions for excellent teachers at provincial, district and school levels...

Currently, Quynh Hau Kindergarten has established 2 professional groups, including 16 teachers participating in the large and small kindergarten groups and 15 teachers participating in the nursery and middle kindergarten groups; with 453 children in 15 groups and classes. During the school year, the school organizes for 100% of children to attend boarding classes; 100% of children are guaranteed physical and mental safety, regular health check-ups; 100% of children under 5 years old study 2 sessions/day; 100% of malnourished children are treated with measures to improve and restore their malnutrition; there are no obese children; there are 2 disabled children, who were assessed to have made progress at the end of the year...

As a result of many years of efforts, up to now, Quynh Hau Kindergarten has achieved 5 standards for building a national standard school level 2 according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. This result completely meets the aspirations and expectations of the Party Committee, government and people of the commune; is the condition and motivation for the school's staff and teachers to further promote their career of "growing people" education; bringing many positive results contributing to the overall development of society.
