Minutes No. 00459 clearly state: Bao Son Investment, Construction and Tourism Group Joint Stock Company, represented by Mr. Tran Van Hue - Vice Chairman of Bao Son Group and Head of the Project Management Board, committed administrative violations: Organizing construction work without a construction permit; constructing a project in violation of construction regulations, causing subsidence and cracking of neighboring buildings and technical infrastructure.

Current status of the construction: The basement foundation, covering an area of ​​600m2, is under construction; the southern part of the infrastructure has subsided and sunk by 2m; 13 nearby residential buildings have cracked.
