(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the impact of typhoon No. 4, Que Phong district was one of the localities most affected, with floods causing 2 deaths, damaging many crops and infrastructure with total losses exceeding 10 billion VND.

To share in their hardship, on the evening of September 22nd, a delegation from the Provincial People's Council, led by Ms. Lo Thi Kim Ngan - Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council, visited and offered condolences to the family of Mr. Vi Van Kinh, whose family was swept away by the flood.

Ms. Lo Thi Kim Ngan, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council, also presented 1 million VND from the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee to support the family.

On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Lo Thi Kim Ngan presented 1 million VND from the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee to support the family. The Provincial Red Cross Society and the Provincial Farmers' Association also provided financial assistance to the family of Mr. Vi Van Kinh.

On this occasion, the delegation also provided assistance to the family of Mr. Luong Van Thang in Tri Le commune, whose house was swept away by the flood, and to several other families in the district whose houses collapsed. Each household received 2 million VND in cash to help them recover from the damage and stabilize their lives.
