The Yen Xuan Bridge, spanning the Lam River, officially connects the two banks, bridging the gap and opening up new prospects for the people living on both sides of the Lam River.
The Yen Xuan bridge project across the Lam River commenced on October 4, 2015, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017. The project has a total investment of VND 946 billion and a construction time of 18 months. The total length of the route is 3.60 km, of which the bridge section is 1.89 km. The approach roads at both ends of the bridge are 1.7 km long, with a roadbed width of 9.0m and a road surface width of 7m. From the very beginning of this project, the leaders of the Ministry of Transport requested the investor and the joint venture of contractors Cienco4 - Tuan Loc Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to accelerate progress and complete the project in 2016.
