Every year, the People's Committee of the commune plans to clear the traffic safety corridor, paying particular attention to Provincial Road 533, specifically the section passing through the Ro Market area, and National Highway 46, specifically the section passing through Tan Ha village. In 2015, they developed Plan No. 04/KH-UBND dated January 21, 2015, on clearing the traffic corridor. Simultaneously, they organized awareness campaigns to educate the public and prevent them from holding markets on the road and sidewalks, which causes traffic congestion.

At the same time, the People's Committee of the commune, in coordination with the Road Traffic Management Unit, installed signs prohibiting market activities on the road and sidewalks, and directed the commune's police force to regularly conduct operations to clear, dismantle, confiscate, and fine offenders. In addition, the People's Committee of the commune also planned and announced a market location behind the resettlement area, 30 meters from National Highway 46, opposite the Bach Ma Temple (the market has long been known as Phu Market), but the people refused to move there, and some still deliberately set up stalls on the roadside when no officials or authorities were present.

Currently, the People's Committee of the commune has drawn up a plan to relocate Phu Market to the Bai Trao area in Kim Luong village, with an area of ​​300m2, to facilitate the exchange and trade of various goods for the people. At the same time, they are clearing the area along National Highway 46 passing through Tan Ha village. The commune's police force is also instructed to continue inspecting and identifying households that are not complying and are deliberately violating regulations, to record violations, confiscate goods, and advise on appropriate action.
