(Baonghean.vn) - These are the outstanding results achieved by civil judgment enforcement in 2015. In 2016, the entire industry strives to resolve 72% of cases, 34% of money cases.

On the afternoon of January 14, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to deploy the civil judgment enforcement work in 2016 and summarize the peak civil judgment enforcement period in 2015. Attending and directing the conference were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director General, General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee.

In 2015, the work of THADS in the province achieved many remarkable results. During the year, the total number of decisions on enforcement of judgments was 11,227, and 2,064 cases were posted that were not eligible for enforcement. The whole sector has resolved 11,261 cases, reaching 96%; in terms of money and property value, it reached 225,956 billion VND, reaching 88%. The number of cases and money transferred to the next period compared to 2014 has decreased by 34 cases and 5,889 billion VND. Compared to the targets assigned by the National Assembly and the Ministry of Justice, it exceeded 8% in terms of cases and 11% in terms of money.

The work of THADS paid to the State budget was 19,622 billion VND; the enforcement agencies also coordinated with prisons and temporary detention camps to complete 2,344 cases, equivalent to 10,718 billion VND; resolved 37 cases of enforcement for banks and credit institutions with the amount of more than 128.3 billion VND. In 2015, the industry applied compulsory enforcement measures to 99 cases and built 280 files with the amount of more than 2.0 billion VND to consider the reduction of enforcement. In addition, the work of receiving people, handling and resolving complaints about THADS was carried out well with a rate of 100%.

During the peak period of THADS (February 1, 2015 - September 30, 2015), the whole industry resolved 8,316 cases, settling more than 200 billion VND. During the peak period, many new and effective ways of doing things appeared, such as organizing the "rolling" execution of sentences in each locality, organizing the settlement of cases at prisons and detention camps.

Although the results of THADS are high, the number of cases transferred to the next period is still quite high; among the 3 targets assigned by the National Assembly, 1 target on reducing the number of cases transferred to the next period has not been achieved; violations of procedures in the enforcement of judgments still occur; the effectiveness of urging the enforcement of administrative judgments is not high and not timely; some cases of enforcement of judgments related to credit institutions and banks are still prolonged...

Entering 2016, the People's Committee directed the civil judgment enforcement agencies to well implement the targets, striving to complete over 72% of work, 34% of money, reducing 6% of work and 4% of money to be transferred to 2017. Comrade Le Xuan Dai, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the enforcement sector to focus on resolving key and complicated cases in 2016.

Speaking at the conference, comrades Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Deputy Director General, General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; Le Xuan Dai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commended and acknowledged the outstanding results achieved by the units in civil judgment enforcement work.

He suggested that civil enforcement agencies should proactively overcome limitations and synchronously implement breakthrough solutions. Strive to complete and exceed targets assigned by the National Assembly, focus on resolving key and complicated cases; continue to review and improve the quality of staff; strengthen inspection, supervision and prosecution to minimize violations in civil judgment enforcement.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Justice awarded the Judicial Sector Emulation Flag to the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. The Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 12 groups and 14 individuals with achievements in civil judgment enforcement in 2015.
