Urgent completion of resettlement area in Dong Hoi industrial park

(Baonghean.vn) - To ensure new housing for households subject to relocation to implement Dong Hoi Industrial Park projects, Hoang Mai town is speeding up the construction progress of resettlement areas in the area.

Dong Hoi Industrial Park, with a scale of over 1,400 hectares, has over 700 households subject to relocation out of the area to implement projects. Currently, some households cleared to build Hoa Sen Steel Factory have registered to resettle themselves and stabilize their new lives after relocation.

The main road leading to resettlement area 2 has been completed.

Regarding the Quynh Lap 1 Thermal Power Plant project, according to the survey, over 200 households in Dong Minh, Dong Thanh and Tan Minh hamlets had to be completely relocated and received resettlement support. After receiving the policy from the superiors, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town and Quynh Lap commune proactively organized meetings with people, mobilizing people to implement the following options: Self-resettlement, and registration in the resettlement area.

To meet the needs of households who are unable to resettle themselves, Quynh Lap commune has built two resettlement areas, including location 1 and location 2. Some items such as the main traffic road leading to the resettlement area have been completed. Both of these locations, after completion, will resettle about 500 households.

Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory in Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Quynh Lap Commune, Hoang Mai has an area of ​​35 hectares, the total estimated investment of the factory is over 5,000 billion VND. Phase 1 of the factory has been completed and put into operation.

Currently, the units are actively constructing items including: leveling the ground, filling the roadbed, casting and installing longitudinal drainage ditches, casting curbs, precast components; Constructing crushed stone aggregate layers to complete traffic routes, drainage ditch systems and completing construction items on areas with clean ground./.
