Support 15kg of rice/month for each student with special difficulties
Decree 116/2016 of the Government regulating support policies for students and general schools in especially disadvantaged communes and villages takes effect from September 1.
Accordingly, food support is equal to 40% of the basic salary/month/student; housing support is equal to 10% of the basic salary/month/student if they have to provide their own accommodation and 15kg of rice/month/student (support levels do not exceed 9 months/year/student).
Boarding ethnic minority schools that organize centralized cooking for students are supported with funding for cooking for students according to a minimum budget of 135% of the basic salary/1 month/30 students.
Market management officials are not allowed to harass or demand money.
The Market Management Ordinance, effective from September 1, stipulates that market management officials are not allowed to take advantage of their positions and powers to harass, demand, or receive money or property from violators.
Market management officials are also not allowed to condone, cover up, or restrict the rights of administrative violators when imposing administrative sanctions, or have attitudes, gestures, or statements that are not in accordance with regulations toward organizations or individuals while performing official duties.
This Ordinance stipulates that market management officials who have received professional training and are not currently subject to disciplinary action will be issued a market inspection card; the card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
Supplementing cases subject to export tax and import tax
Law on export tax and import tax 2016 supplementedand abolish the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax 2005, effective from September 1, stipulating new taxable cases such as:Goods exported and imported on the spot and goods exported and imported by enterprises exercising export rights, import rights and distribution rights.
According to current regulations, taxable cases include:Goods exported and imported through Vietnam's border gates and borders.Goods exported from the domestic market to duty-free zones, goods imported from duty-free zones to the domestic market.

Adjusting pensions and allowances for some cases
The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued a circular guiding the adjustment of pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances, effective from September 1.
Accordingly,For those with a pension of 1.75 million VND/month or less, it will be adjusted by an additional 0.25 million VND/month;For people with pension over 1.75 million VND/month, the adjusted pension level is 2 million VND/month.
For people with a monthly allowance for loss of working capacity of 1.85 million VND/month or less, the new allowance level is equal to the pre-adjusted monthly allowance plus 0.15 million VND/month...
To leave fertilizer on the floor can be fined up to 3 million VND
According to Decree 115/2016 of the Government, effective from September 15, advertising chemicals and insecticides without an advertising certificate issued by the Ministry of Health will be fined from 10 to 20 million VND; advertising that does not comply with the advertising certificate will be fined from 5 to 10 million VND.
Fine from 1 to 3 million VND for business and production activities thatStacking and placing fertilizer products together with raw materials at the fertilizer factory or not stacking fertilizers on shelves but leaving them in direct contact with the floor, ground at the business location.
