Drug ring of 2 ladies in Hanoi

(Baonghean.vn)-After many months of surveillance, on June 21, at block 14, Cua Nam ward, the Vinh City Police's anti-drug police team successfully broke up project 616M, arrested 4 subjects, and seized 1.4 kg of crystal meth.

Accordingly, the authorities caught two subjects, Hoang Thi Ngoan, born in 1959, residing in Phu Dong commune, Gia Lam district, and Dinh Thi Tuyet Minh, born in 1967, residing in Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district (Hanoi) while buying and selling drugs. Evidence seized at the scene was 1.4 kg of crystal meth, 400 million VND, 01 car and 6 mobile phones.

Subjects arrested in project 616 M

Expanding the investigation, the authorities continued to urgently arrest two related subjects: Tran Thi Tam, born in 1973, residing in block 11, Cua Nam ward (Vinh city) and Hoang Mau Tuan, born in 1967, residing in Phu Dong commune, Gia Lam district (Hanoi city).

At Vinh city police station, the subjects confessed to buying the above drugs from China to Hanoi and then transporting them to Vinh city to sell for profit.

Currently, Vinh city police are completing the documents to handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law, and at the same time continue to fight to expand the project.
