Localities have well organized free vocational training for workers in poor communes in the West such as Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Anh Son, Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop districts... and boarding vocational schools for ethnic minorities providing primary vocational training for 585 people, the Western Economic - Technical Vocational School providing primary training for 355 people, Nghe An Industrial - Handicraft Vocational School providing intermediate vocational training for 40 people, Cua Lo Tourism - Trade Vocational College providing training for 20 workers...
