Representatives of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and Thai Hoa Town presented support money to Ms. Pham Thi Lan.

Ms. Lan’s family is in a particularly difficult situation. She herself has heart disease and poor health. Her two sons, Pham Huu Dan (born in 1986) and Pham Huu Duc (born in 1993), were exposed to Agent Orange. The house Ms. Lan built a long time ago is now dilapidated and leaky.

The 60m2 level 4 house was built in June 2016, with a total cost of 96 million VND; of which the town's Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims supported 40 million VND, the town's Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans supported 20 million VND, the rest was mobilized from businesses, brothers and friends to help.
