Solemn welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the Great Hall of the People of China

At exactly 5:00 p.m. this afternoon, September 12, the official welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation was solemnly held at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing, China, chaired by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.

After Premier Li Keqiang invited Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to stand on the podium, the military band played the national anthems of the two countries, and at the same time, 19 cannon shots were fired at Tiananmen Square to represent the highest welcome ceremony for the head of the Vietnamese government.

After reviewing the honor guard, Premier Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc introduced senior Party and Government officials from both sides.
