The accident occurred at 9:00 p.m. on September 7, at the railway crossing Nguyen Tiem Street (Doi Cung Ward, Vinh City), leaving a man in critical condition.

At the above time, the train was traveling in the North-South direction when passing through the above location and suddenly crashed into a motorbike with license plate 37H7 - 7881 driven by a man who was trying to run the traffic light to cross the railway.

The strong impact caused the motorbike to fly about 10 meters away. As a result, the person sitting on the motorbike fell onto the road, unconscious, and was taken to the emergency room in very critical condition, the motorbike was severely damaged.
