(Baonghean.vn) – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh said that the Provincial Youth Union will host a writing contest on startup and business ideas among union members and youth.

This is one of the important contents in the Project to support Nghe An youth in starting businesses to develop the economy, which is being built by this unit after receiving the approval of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, this Project will focus on the following contents: organizing specialized training courses on startups, fostering knowledge of foreign languages, information technology, and law; conducting tours and training to raise awareness and determination for young people who wish to start a business.

The Provincial Youth Union will also host and organize a writing contest on startup and business ideas among young people. From there, a pool of ideas will be formed to support young people in the startup process. Every year, this unit will select 3-5 most feasible ideas to support funding for implementation.

In particular, the Project has regulations to establish a Youth Entrepreneurship Support Advisory Council with the participation of officials from departments, young scientists, and business leaders. This council is responsible for advising, analyzing, and evaluating the feasibility of projects and economic models for youth startups before implementation...

The project also continues to affirm, promote and develop the role of the Youth Volunteer Force in supporting young people to start a business. Every year, the Provincial Youth Union assigns a target for each Youth Volunteer Force unit to support at least 2 young people to start a business, through activities such as: direct production guidance, support for seedlings, product consumption, etc.

It is expected that the Project will be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval in the first quarter of 2017.
