According to the indictment: At approximately 7 PM on June 24, 2016, in the area of ​​Road 536 and National Highway 46 in Nghi Hop commune (Nghi Loc district), the defendant Tran Quoc Lo, born in 1974, residing in Hamlet 11 of the same commune, was discovered selling one package of synthetic drugs worth 300,000 VND.

During a search of Lo's residence, the police seized one package of synthetic drugs weighing 0.15 grams. Applying Clause 1, Article 194 of the Penal Code, the People's Court of Nghi Loc District sentenced the defendant Tran Quoc Lo to 36 months in prison.

Defendant Nguyen Duc Nguyen

On the same day, defendant Nguyen Duc Nguyen, born in 1976, residing in Hamlet 20, Nghi Trung Commune, was also sentenced by the Nghi Loc District People's Court to 30 months in prison for selling 0.5 grams of synthetic drugs and was arrested at his home on July 9, 2016.

The two defendants, Nguyen Van Tien and Nguyen Van Khanh, are charged with theft of property.

The People's Court of Nghi Loc District also tried a case of property theft and sentenced the defendants Nguyen Van Tien (born in 1993, residing in Hamlet 21, Nghi Trung Commune) and Nguyen Van Khanh (born in 1992, residing in Hamlet 20, Nghi Trung Commune) to 10 months in prison for stealing dogs.
