This Cluster II folk song festival features the participation of 11 clubs from 5 units, including 3 clubs each from Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, and Anh Son, and 1 club each from Con Cuong and Tuong Duong.

According to the organizers, the highlight of this year's festival was the emergence of many new, young, talented singers, many high-quality original compositions, the fact that most clubs had lyricists, and the rich program content and elaborate staging.

At the conclusion of the Cluster II folk song festival, the first prize went to the Thanh Linh commune club (Thanh Chuong district), the two second prizes went to the clubs of Anh Son and Do Luong districts, and the three third prizes went to the clubs of Thanh Chuong and Tuong Duong districts. In addition, there were consolation prizes and many awards for outstanding performances.
