Male student hides drugs in underwear

In the 20-year-old male student, police discovered a small plastic bag containing drugs hidden in his private area.

Nghi Xuan District Police (Ha Tinh) has just coordinated with Lach Ken Border Post (Ha Tinh Border Guard) to arrest Phan Van Toan (20 years old, residing in Hung Nguyen District, Nghe An) to investigate the act of transporting and storing drugs.

According to investigation documents, at around 1:00 p.m. on September 22, upon receiving information that Toan was bringing drugs to a coffee shop in Xuan Hai commune (Nghi Xuan district) to wait for a transaction, the authorities came to check.

Authorities discovered a small plastic bag containing 4 grams of drugs in the young man's underwear.

Toan confessed that he was a student at a university in Vinh city (Nghe An). The drugs were hired by a man to be transported from Vinh to Nghi Xuan district.

The case is under investigation.
