On the morning of September 16, Mrs. Soa was still seen collecting money from the people, but that night she was no longer at home. Unexpectedly, Mrs. Soa and Mr. Nam did that, the people were shocked by the bad news.

The payment certificate was just a small book recording the amount and Mrs. Soa's signature. Every 4 months, Mrs. Mai received the money from Mrs. Mai, earning tens of millions of VND in interest. The amount of money Mrs. Soa is still holding from Mrs. Mai is currently 160 million VND.

Phu Dien traders were upset and went to the market management board to file a complaint.
