Two young men who stole a motorbike from a villager have been caught.

(Baonghean.vn) - Lo Van Chung and Lu Van Hoang, both residing in Hamlet 13, Nghia Hoi Commune, not only stole Cao Thi Linh's motorbike but also confessed to having stolen another motorbike in the area previously.

On the morning of September 21st, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thai, deputy police chief of Nghia Dan district, announced that two suspects involved in stealing motorcycles from local residents had been apprehended in just one day.

Previously, on September 18th, Ms. Cao Thi Linh (born in 1993), residing in Hoa Son Vinh hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan district, parked her motorbike in a sugarcane field in Phu Tien hamlet, Nghia Phu commune, to weed. When Ms. Linh returned, her motorbike was gone.

Upon receiving the report, the Nghia Dan District Police launched an investigation. After sifting through the information, the investigators identified two suspects: Lo Van Chung and Lu Van Hoang (born in 1999), both residing in Hamlet 13, Nghia Hoi Commune. These two individuals had dropped out of school and were known for their extravagant lifestyles and reckless behavior. Initially, they denied the crime when brought to the police station, but later confessed to stealing Cao Thi Linh's motorbike from a sugarcane field on September 18th. Furthermore, they admitted to having stolen another motorbike in the area previously.

Currently, the Exciter motorbike, valued at 38 million VND, has been recovered by the Nghia Dan District Police and handed over to Ms. Cao Thi Linh. The investigation into the other motorbike is ongoing.

Both suspects have now been transferred to the Nghệ An Provincial Police detention center to await the completion of their case files before being brought to trial.
