Replicating the model of recruiting leadership positions
(Baonghean.vn) - Voters recommend that the government study and replicate the model of organizing examinations to appoint leadership positions as some provinces have done to ensure the selection of the right people with both virtue and talent into the state apparatus.
The relevant authorities responded to this issue as follows:
Implementing the Conclusion of the 9th Conference of the 10th Party Central Committee on continuing to promote the implementation of the Cadre Strategy from now until 2020, Resolution No. 30c/NQ-CP dated November 8, 2011 of the Government promulgating the Overall Program of State Administrative Reform for the 2011-2010 period, Decision No. 1557/QD-TTg dated October 18, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Promoting reform of the civil service and civil servant regime", the Ministry of Home Affairs has chaired and coordinated with ministries, branches and localities to develop a project on recruiting leadership and management positions.

This policy was unanimously approved by the Politburo in the Conclusion Notice No. 202-TB/TW, dated May 26, 2015 of the Politburo on the Project "Piloting innovation in the selection of leaders and managers at the department, agency and division levels".
