Even the big, wealthy businessmen in Nghe An also willingly spend money to send their children to study domestically and abroad, then go to foreign countries to work hard, but absolutely do not let their children return to continue their career and build powerful, family-run businesses like the reality in other developed countries.

Nghe An people work as farmers, traders or officials to earn money to support their children's education to become engineers, bachelors, doctors or government officials... not to become businessmen.

That habit and way of thinking has formed in the people of Nghe An a studious and eager to learn quality, but lacking in entrepreneurial qualities. Meanwhile, to exploit the potential and strengths of Nghe An, one needs entrepreneurial qualities; that is, to see everything and open up opportunities for exploitation and enrichment.
