In nature, there are many types of 'masks' that can help firm and increase the size of the breasts.

Although genetics plays a significant role in breast firmness or sagging, if you have sagging breasts, the following remedies can help increase breast size, according to boldsky.

Red lentils


Soak 4 tablespoons of lentils in water overnight. The next morning, grind them into a smooth paste. Apply this mask to your breasts. After an hour, remove it and rinse off. Red lentils are rich in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals, all of which can stimulate blood circulation, tighten pores, and increase collagen levels, helping to increase breast volume.

Onion

Onions contain sulfur and antioxidants, which bring blood to the breast tissues and tighten the skin, thus firming the breasts.

Take 1 tablespoon of onion juice, mix it with 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture to your breasts. After 15-20 minutes, rinse it off.

Sesame oil

Since ancient times, sesame oil has been used to massage the breasts during pregnancy to keep them firm and full.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over low heat. Turn off the heat and let the oil cool to a warm temperature. Once warm, massage it into your breasts for 5 minutes. Leave the oil on overnight and wash it off in the morning. Doing this will help firm your breasts every day.

Fennel seeds

Fennel seeds contain flavonoids that help increase estrogen levels in the body, thus improving breast volume.

Heat one tablespoon of cod liver oil over low heat. Add two tablespoons of fennel seeds to the oil and wait until it turns red. When the oil is warm, massage it onto your chest for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, rinse off. Repeat this daily for best results.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is rich in antioxidants and has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It stimulates blood circulation and also promotes skin regeneration, thus increasing breast volume.

Every night, before going to bed, massage coconut oil onto your chest skin in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction. Leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash it off with clean water.
