According to people participating in traffic, at 6:00 a.m. on October 6, on Vinh bypass road, through Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district, a series of accidents occurred between 3 trucks.

Three trucks with license plates 29C-1182.17 (white front); 51C-316.61 (blue); 75C-03090 (yellow), of which the yellow truck was the most severely damaged, with its front end crushed. The drivers of the blue and yellow trucks were seriously injured.
