Danney wrote: "My name is Danney Lee Williams, I am the son of the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton. All I want is to shake my father's hand. I request a DNA test between the two of us."

Williams' mother, Bobbie Ann Williams, stated that she had a sexual relationship with Bill Clinton when she was a prostitute in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Clinton was then serving as governor of the state.

Bobbie Ann's statement was previously published by the tabloid Globe when Clinton was running for President of the United States in 1992.

Ann asserted that Bill Clinton was Danney's biological father because he was her "only white guest" and Danney had mixed white and mixed ancestry.
