Mr. Le Tat Chung is the pioneer in developing a fruit farm in the mountainous commune of Thanh Ha (Thanh Chuong) bringing high economic efficiency.

At first, due to the harsh weather, the trees did not bear fruit, and he was in debt, so he had to sell all his cattle, pigs, chickens, and barns to pay off the bank loan.

After much thought, in 2002, he continued to borrow from the bank, rented 15.5 hectares of land in Hamlet 15 (next to Ho Chi Minh Road) and switched to growing kumquat trees and citrus trees such as oranges and grapefruits. Among them, Dien grapefruit and Duong Canh grapefruit were imported from the Central Fruit Tree Institute, while Bu oranges were indigenous, other oranges such as V2 and Xa Doai were obtained from the Phu Quy Fruit Tree Breeding Center in Nghia Dan.

Mr. Chung's farm has many people coming to visit and learn from his experience.

Thanks to the right investment, Chung's family's garden has been yielding harvests since 2005. Since 2012, his family's farm has had a stable income of 350 - 400 million VND per year.

Currently, Mr. Chung's farm has 1,500 orange trees, mainly lemon oranges, native oranges, V2 oranges, 200 Dien grapefruit trees, 300 longan trees, and 1,200 kumquat trees with many fruits. Thanks to being cared for according to clean processes, his family's farm is conveniently located, close to Ho Chi Minh road, so the products are purchased by traders from many places at the garden.

In addition to growing fruit trees, under the shade of fruit trees, he also raises over 2,000 poultry. Chung's family's income from raising livestock and growing fruit trees reaches over 500 million VND/year. Currently, his family farm is creating jobs for 7 regular workers with a salary of 3 to 4 million VND/month and 13 seasonal workers with a salary of 4-6 million VND/month.

Mr. Chung's family is focusing on renting machinery and workers, determined to cover the entire area of over 15 hectares of the farm with valuable fruit trees suitable for the land and soil conditions.
