At the meeting, voters of 4 communes made 34 recommendations to National Assembly delegates and government leaders at all levels, such as: How to calculate poverty standards according to the multidimensional approach applied for the period 2016 - 2020 for mountainous districts with many difficulties.

For example, a house with one buffalo is considered equal to a house with 10 buffaloes. A house built with the 3 hard standards of "hard foundation, hard walls, hard roof" is also considered equal to a house of high value...

Voters also reported that many traffic routes, bridges, and canals in the communes are degraded, such as Hoa Tien bridge, Chau Tien commune; Nong Trang bridge, Chau Binh commune... affecting people's lives, so funds need to be allocated for repair.

In addition, authorities at all levels need to inspect, review and demarcate vacant land and bare hills that can be planted with forests so that people can feel secure in farming; many 2-year-old preschool children cannot go to school due to lack of rooms and classrooms.

Voters also made many recommendations related to policies and regimes, including many poor students who borrowed money to study, but have not been able to find jobs after graduating. It is necessary to write off the principal and interest, solve employment problems, and increase allowances for part-time commune-level officials...

In response to voters' opinions, representatives of the People's Committee of Quy Chau district and departments explained issues under their authority such as: The forest land planning is being inspected and reviewed by the District Forest Protection Department and notified to the people;

Some degraded traffic works will request funding for repairs in early 2017; canals, ditches, water wheels, etc. damaged by the flood on September 14 are being declared and requested for funding from higher levels for support and repairs.
