Announcing the planning of Hoang Mai Town to 2030

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 13, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town announced the adjustment of the town's general planning until 2030 with the goal of becoming a dynamic urban area of ​​the Nam Thanh - Bac Nghe region.

Overview of the ceremony

The adjustment of the General Planning of Hoang Mai town for the period up to 2030 was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province in Decision No. 3004/QD - UBND dated June 27, 2016. According to the plan, by 2030, Hoang Mai town will be the center of a key economic region, a center of culture, society and science and technology, a traffic hub, the northern gateway of Nghe An province, playing an important role in national security and defense.

With the nature of an industrial urban area, commercial center, ecological tourism services of lakes, dams, seas, forests and spiritual culture... will exploit all the potentials and advantages of Hoang Mai land; contributing to the overall development of Nghe An province.

In the coming time, in addition to disseminating the planning content to all levels, sectors and people, Hoang Mai Town is conducting research and proposing career conversion policies to ensure stable life for people in the project area; proactively developing resettlement plans.

The People's Committee of Hoang Mai Town coordinates with the Nghe An Institute of Architecture and Construction Planning to deploy boundary markers, hand over boundary markers, strictly and effectively manage investment and development in accordance with the approved planning. Departments and branches according to their functions will proactively coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently review and adjust specialized planning according to the field in the area; closely coordinate in the process of implementing the development of zoning plans; promote investment calling to concretize the planning.
