(Baonghean.vn) - From October 15-20, officers and soldiers of the Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station, Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command, coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to help people in Duc Long village, Quynh Thuan commune (Quynh Luu district) build rural roads.

A 200-meter-long, 3-meter-wide section of road was paved with concrete as part of the local new rural development program. The total cost to complete the road was nearly 80 million VND. This included contributions from individuals and businesses in the area, and the support of 30 tons of cement and 40 million VND from the People's Committee of Quynh Luu District.
