Nghe An female student wins Miss Ao Dai Vietnam title in Japan

(Baonghean.vn)- On the evening of October 3 (Japan time), the final night of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam in Japan ended with the coronation of a girl from Nghe An.

That is contestant Nguyen Thi Hong, born in 1994, from Hung Trung commune (Hung Nguyen), currently a student at Osafune Japanese Language School in Okayama City in Southern Japan.

After winning the beauty queen crown, on her personal Facebook page, Nguyen Thi Hong confided: "I am a modern girl. Sometimes I forget the inherent gentleness of Vietnamese girls. From now on, I will try to harmonize the gentleness of the old girls with the dynamism of the modern girls, to truly be a Vietnamese girl."

Miss Ao Dai Vietnam in Japan is an annual beauty contest for Vietnamese girls studying and working in Japan. This year's contest was held in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture.

In addition to contestant Nguyen Thi Hong, there is another contestant from Nghe An who made it to the final round, contestant Nguyen Thi Hong Gam from Van Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.
