(Baonghean.vn) - The victim is Pham Van Hoang (23 years old), hometown is Hamlet 1, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City,went to Taiwan as a student since March 2016.

It is known that Mr. Hoang went to Taiwan as a student, but he escaped in August.

Mr. Hoang suffered the most serious injury in the head area.

At noon on October 18, while eating on the 4th floor of his residence, Hoang saw the local police coming to check, so he tried to escape. While climbing out the window, he slipped and fell from the 4th floor to the 1st floor, unconscious. Taiwanese police took Hoang to a hospital in Taoyuan City - Taipei for emergency treatment.

Mr. Hoang is being treated at Taoyuan Hospital - Taipei - Taiwan.

Doctors here said that Hoang suffered a fractured skull, a ruptured blood vessel in the brain, a swollen head, and many bruises all over his body. Hoang is currently being treated in an isolation room, in critical condition. The victim's family is present at the hospital.
