It is known that Mr. Hoang went to Taiwan as a student, but he escaped in August.

Mr. Hoang suffered the most serious injury in the head area.

At noon on October 18, while eating on the 4th floor of his residence, seeing the local police coming to check, Hoang tried to find a way to escape. While climbing out the window, he slipped and fell from the 4th floor to the 1st floor, unconscious. Taiwanese police took Hoang to the hospital in Taoyuan City - Taipei for emergency treatment.

Mr. Hoang is being treated at Taoyuan Hospital - Taipei - Taiwan.

Doctors here said Hoang suffered a fractured skull, ruptured cerebral blood vessels, a swollen head, and many bruises all over his body. Hoang is currently being treated in the isolation room, in critical condition. The victim's family is present at the hospital.
