At approximately 5:30 PM on October 22nd, the Criminal Investigation Department of Dien Chau District Police, along with the Dien Truong Commune Police, arrived at the scene to cordon off and secure the area in order to investigate the case of elementary school teacher Nguyen Thi Dao (born in 1968, residing in Hamlet 14, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District) who committed suicide by hanging herself at her home.

According to information from the Dien Truong commune police to the district police investigation agency, at the time mentioned, Le Doan Chien (a 12th-grade student at Dien Chau 2 High School) returned home from school and knocked on the door but received no response from his mother. He then climbed over the gate and wall to break down the door and discovered his mother had hanged herself in the bedroom.

In a panic, Chien shouted for his neighbors to cut the rope and bring the victim down, but Mrs. Dao had already died.

Upon receiving the information, the police of Dien Truong commune and Dien Chau district promptly arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and began investigating the cause of teacher Dao's suicide. Currently, the Criminal Investigation Department of Dien Chau District Police is clarifying the matter.
