In Hung Trung commune, Hung Nguyen district, the delegation visited and offered support to the family of 8-year-old Hoang Thi Phuong Anh. During the recent floods, while returning home from school, due to the flooded road, Hoang Thi Phuong Anh's bicycle fell into a deep area of ​​water and was swept away.

The delegation presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Vinh Ha.

Immediately afterwards, the delegation also visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Vinh Ha (born in 1987, residing in My Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district). During the recent floods, while returning home from work, Mr. Ha was swept away by the strong current and heavy rain at a spillway in the commune. Mr. Ha's family is in particularly difficult circumstances. He is the breadwinner for his family, which includes his elderly mother, wife, and three young children.

On behalf of the delegation, Colonel Vuong Kim Hai expressed his condolences to the two families and hoped they would overcome their grief and strive to move forward in life. On this occasion, the delegation presented two gifts and cash worth 2 million VND to the two families.
