(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 21, the Hanoi Red Cross Association coordinated with the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Association and Nghi Loc District Red Cross Association to present money and relief goods to flood victims in Nghi Loc District.

The delegation met and visited households in difficult circumstances, who suffered a lot of damage during the floods between September and October in Nghi Van, Nghi Cong Bac and Nghi Cong Nam communes.
