Reflecting to the National Assembly, Mr. Vu Duc Thao, a voter of Dien Doai commune, suggested: In my opinion, staff reduction needs to be cautious, strict and have a specific roadmap; staff reduction must be targeted to the right subjects to improve operational efficiency. I suggest that the State should resolutely reform administrative procedures and reduce inconvenience for the people.

After 6 years of implementation, the project still has many unfinished items. This is a project of important significance in educating revolutionary traditions for future generations. It is proposed that the Central Government soon invest in implementing the remaining items so that this historical project can be completed soon.
