Mother-in-law found daughter-in-law hanging from longan tree

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 2, the police of Giang Son Dong commune, Do Luong district, said that the incident happened at Ms. C's family's house. At the scene, authorities discovered a pair of sandals and a rope hanging from a tree.

The victim was identified as Ms. NTH (born in 1992), residing in Nam Tan village, Giang Son Dong commune, Do Luong district.

According to initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. on November 1, after Mrs. C. picked up her granddaughter from school, she discovered Ms. H. hanging from a longan tree branch in her garden. Upon discovering the incident, Mrs. C. immediately called for help from her family and neighbors, but she had already died.

Giang Son Dong Commune Police as well as local people said that Ms. H. is a friendly and kind woman, who has no conflicts with anyone in her life. On the morning of November 1, many people still saw Ms. H. cutting grass to feed the cows, and at noon she went to a family wedding in the village. At around 2 p.m., she took her children to school, then returned home and went to the back garden to work.

However, at around 5 p.m. the same day, Ms. C. did not see Ms. H. pick up her child, so she went to school to pick her up. When she returned home, she still could not find Ms. H., so she went to look for her and discovered that Ms. H. had died by hanging from a longan tree in her garden.

It is known that Ms. H. is from Hai Phong, followed her husband back to his hometown to live, and her husband has been working abroad in England for 3 years, and has a 2-year-old son.

The case is being investigated by Do Luong District Police.
