(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 31st, at the Provincial Military School, the Provincial Military Command inaugurated a training course on national defense and security knowledge for 82 comrades who are leading officials at the district level and equivalent, for target group 3.

During the 12-day period (October 31 - November 11, 2016), the trainees were equipped with fundamental knowledge such as: the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, and the State's policies and laws on socio-economic development with the strengthening of national defense and security and foreign relations in the new situation; the sequence of steps to transition agencies, organizations, and localities into a state of national defense; defensive combat exercises; and some issues in building provincial and district-level defense zones into solid defense zones…
