At 10am this morning, hundreds of students at Xuan Phu Drug Rehabilitation Center (Xuan Loc) Dong Nai continued to destroy things. Many climbed onto the roof and fence, shouting. They broke the door and threw plastic chairs, buckets, and clothes at the police force standing guard outside.

At 10:50, despite the center's leadership using loudspeakers to persuade the students, they still pushed their way to the gate. The police had to use strong measures, using tear gas and smoke. Many leading students were subdued by the police.

Yesterday, more than a hundred students here also broke through the walls, burned things... and then escaped. On the way to escape, they threw rocks at the guards, and were surrounded and arrested by the police. Hundreds of Dong Nai province riot police were mobilized to protect the center throughout the night.

Previously, on the night of October 23, more than 500 students also broke into the room doors, poured onto Highway 1, blocked cars and motorbikes to ask for money, causing chaos. Dong Nai police had to mobilize the mobile police to coordinate with local forces to surround and arrest them again, but so far it has not been enough.
