Tuyến đường Nguyễn Huệ được mệnh danh là phố đi bộ hiện đại nhất cả nước, có giá đất mặt tiền dẫn đầu TP HCM, bình quân 1,1 tỷ đồng mỗi m2 và mức trần ghi nhận vượt ngưỡng 1,2 tỷ đồng mỗi m2.

Nguyen Hue is the street with the highest land price in the city, averaging over 1.1 billion VND per square meter. Following is Le Loi Street, recording 825 million VND per square meter. Ranked third is Dong Khoi, approximately 706 million VND per square meter. These are the 3 streets that always lead the land price list in Ho Chi Minh City. However, according to the land price framework decision issued in 2015, Nguyen Hue, Le Loi, and Dong Khoi streets have a ceiling price of 162 million VND per square meter.

The next locations announced in the top 10 are Le Anh Xuan Street (VND878.8 million per square meter of frontage), Le Duan Street (VND650 million), Mac Thi Buoi Street (nearly VND585 million), and Lam Son Square (VND579.5 million). The three streets at the bottom of the list are Dong Du, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, and Ho Huan Nghiep, also priced at VND575-550 million per square meter.
