At approximately 12:45 PM on November 11th, a serious traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street and Le Nin Boulevard in Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City, resulting in significant damage to the front of a passenger car.

According to local residents, at the time of the incident, a 7-seater Kia Sportage was traveling from north to south when it suddenly crashed into the rear of a truck carrying stones, license plate 37N-9693, which was traveling in the same direction.
