Conflict at the drinking table, used chopsticks to stab friend to death

An argument broke out at the drinking table, a man in Tay Ninh used chopsticks to stab his friend in the head, causing his death.

On November 17, Tay Ninh Provincial Police temporarily detained Chu Van Thu (41 years old, in Tan Dong commune, Tan Chau district) for murder.

Four days earlier, Thu and Dang Thanh Hoang (30 years old) and three friends were drinking together.

Later, an argument broke out, Thu used a chopstick to stab Hoang in the head and then ran away. The victimwas taken to the hospital but died.

Hearing that her drinking buddy had passed away, two days later, Thu turned herself in.
