1. Right to use 45 residential land plots in Dien Thap commune.:
They range in size from 180m2 to 218.08m2.
Starting price: from 9.5 million VND/m2 to 11 million VND/m2.
Registration and deposit payment can be made from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on November 29, 2016, at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dien Chau District.
The auction will take place from 2 PM on December 3, 2016 at the People's Committee of Dien Thap Commune.
2. Right to use 44 residential land plots in Dien Loi and Dien Tho communes:
The area ranges from 193.7 m2 to 313.6 m2.
Starting price: from 1 million VND/m2 to 1.85 million VND/m2.
Registration and deposit payment can be made from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on November 29, 2016, at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dien Chau District.
The auction will take place from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on December 3, 2016 at the People's Committee of Dien Loi Commune (Dien Chau District).
3. Right to use 84.8 m2 of residential land in Yen Toan Block, Ha Huy Tap Ward (Vinh City):
Starting price: 780,160,000 VND.
Register and pay the deposit during business hours on December 16, 2016 at the company headquarters.
The auction will take place at 8:00 AM on December 19, 2016, at the company's headquarters.
4. Right to use 107.3 m2 and assets attached to the land in Yen Dinh hamlet, Yen Son commune, Do Luong district:
Starting price: 941,770,000 VND.
Register and pay the deposit during business hours on January 4, 2017 at the company headquarters.
The auction will take place at 8:00 AM on January 6, 2016, at the company's headquarters.
