Phung Yen practices yoga with a yak at Namtso Lake, Tibet, at an altitude of over 4,700 m. Having been involved in yoga for 2 years now, Yen spends an average of 3 sessions a week practicing yoga. If she is busy and doesn't practice, she feels a sense of absence. She is passionate about traveling and yoga. The female MC said that these two hobbies have one thing in common: they help her realize that all limits are expanded to infinity. "If traveling helps us to have a broader vision and understanding of the world after each trip, yoga helps us feel that our body and spirit are always ready to overcome all our limits," Yen shared. Yoga photo commemorating the journey on the highest Qinghai-Tibet train in the world, with the highest point reaching over 5,000 m above sea level. Phung Yen spent nearly 2 days living slowly on this train, reading books, admiring the plains during the day and the moon rising at night, practicing yoga with friends on the empty aisle.

Like others who started practicing yoga with a stiff body, Yen could not imagine how long it would take for her to be flexible, to stretch her back or all her muscles. However, her passion for regular practice helped her improve every day, keeping up with the yoga exercises.
