Chevrolet has officially introduced the 2017 Spark Activ, featuring a more rugged and sporty exterior, with a starting price of $16,945.
The standard version of the Chevrolet Spark Activ is designed for young, sporty customers who need a more powerful vehicle. Its design reflects this trend with a new grille featuring the Activ logo, round fog lights with chrome bezels, and a low hood and front bumper. Additionally, a 10mm increase in ground clearance, sporty 15-inch wheels, flared wheel arches, aluminum side skirts, and roof rails make the Spark Activ significantly more aggressive than the standard version.

Inside, the 2017 Spark Activ is also more upscale with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, glossy black faux leather front seats with integrated heating. The car is equipped with a 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a CVT transmission, resulting in attractive fuel consumption of 6.3 liters/100 km in city driving. It is sold in the US market for $16,945 for the manual transmission version and $18,045 for the CVT version. It is unclear whether Chevrolet Vietnam intends to import the Spark Activ to Vietnam. Currently, the standard version of this model is selling quite well in Vietnam, second only to its sibling, the Cruze.
