A top US government official believed to be guarding the secret of intelligent alien life is desperate to reveal the information.

Steve Bassett, CEO of Paradigm Research Group (PRG), the only registered "alien leak" lobbyist in the US, made the announcement on November 19. Bassett said he had been contacted by a government leaker who told him that an extraterrestrial leak was in the works.

PRG's announcement read: "Two days after former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was defeated, PRG received the following message from a source within the military/intelligence community:

Those directly involved in managing extraterrestrial issues want the secrecy to be revealed under President Obama and are willing to work with the Secretary of Defense if asked."

The movement to reveal secrets, led by PRG, had hoped that Hillary Clinton would reveal the above secret if elected President because last year she said she would find a way to achieve that goal.

According to PRG, the losing presidential candidate could still influence the government to make an announcement.

The PRG statement also read: "What is going on here. PRG has previously announced that if Hillary is elected President of the United States, revealing the presence of extraterrestrials to the American people and the people of the world is on her agenda.
