Accordingly, at 8:00 AM on November 28th, in Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district, the PC46 task force caught Dinh Tuan Anh (19 years old), residing in Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district, red-handed while transporting firecrackers on a motorbike for sale. The seized evidence included 23 kg of firecrackers, each containing 36 firecrackers.

During initial questioning, Dinh Tuan Anh confessed to buying fireworks in Ha Tinh and storing them at home with the intention of reselling them for profit.

On November 27th, while on patrol in Block 3, Long Son Ward, Thai Hoa Town, the Criminal, Economic, and Narcotics Police Team of Thai Hoa Town Police discovered and apprehended Hoang Dinh Huong (born in 1963), residing in Block 3, Long Son Ward, for illegally possessing firecrackers. At Huong's residence, authorities seized 10 boxes of firecrackers and 20 firecrackers shaped like Buddhist monks, all of foreign origin, with a total weight of 22.5 kilograms.

The seized items from Luoc included 23 kg of firecrackers, each containing 36 firecrackers.

All three cases are being handled and investigated by the PC46 unit and the Criminal, Economic, and Narcotics Police Team of Thai Hoa Town Police.
