Khe Ran is a Thai ethnic village established in 1905. The village has an area of 660 hectares but only 50 hectares of agricultural land; 160 households, 659 people. Currently, the village still has 24 poor households. |

Khe Ran village has a tradition of building a rich spiritual and cultural life and the people are conscious of preserving the national cultural identity. The village has an art troupe, a gong club that sings Thai folk songs and develops Thai ethnic musical instruments such as gongs, cymbals, flutes, etc. |
