On the morning of November 19, the Nghi Loc District Police Department announced that it had initiated a criminal case and prosecuted Dinh Van Dung (born in 1995), residing in Hamlet 11, Dai Son Commune, Do Luong District, to investigate and clarify the act of property theft.

Previously, on June 28, 2016, Nghi Loc District Police received a report: at noon of the same day, at the Giot Dang coffee shop owned by Mr. Nguyen Van Sam (born in 1978), residing in Hamlet 9, Nghi Kieu Commune, a thief broke in and stole a white Iphone 5, valued at 12 million VND when purchased.

Upon receiving the report, the police agency conducted an investigation. After collecting information and using professional measures, on November 11, the Nghi Loc Police Department's Drug Crime Investigation Team investigated and determined that Dinh Van Dung was the person who directly stole Mr. Sam's Iphone 5 at the Giot Dang Coffee Shop at noon on June 28.

Currently, the case is being further investigated by the authorities.
