The victim was identified as Ms. Hoang Thi Suu, a former teacher residing in Hamlet 4 - Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc District. The victim said that at the time she was on her way to attend the celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day at the Nghi Trung Commune People's Committee. When she crossed the railway, although there was a traffic light, she did not pay attention and crossed the railway and was hit by the train number N926 traveling from South to North.

The strong impact threw her out onto the railway track, the electric bike was badly damaged but fortunately she only suffered minor scratches on her leg.
