Previously, on November 26, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khuong (52 years old, resident of Hamlet 5, Nghi Lam Commune) and her neighbor went into the family garden to pick vegetables and discovered a strange object. When they washed it, they found that it had a shape similar to the king's seal, so they kept it.
“It was buried in a pile of dirt near the edge of the fish pond in my garden,” said Ms. Khuong, adding that more than a year ago, her family rented a machine to dig up dirt to make a fish pond in their garden.

According to Mr. Kiem, in the near future, the museum will report to the Provincial People's Committee, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and advise on the establishment of a national appraisal council to appraise cultural and economic values.
"Currently, we can only determine that this is a metal artifact, similar to the king's seal," said Mr. Kiem.
Mr. Tran Manh Cuong - Han Nom officer, Nghe An Provincial Library said that this artifact has two lines of bilingual Chinese - Manchu characters engraved on the bottom and front with the words "Dai Thanh tu thien tu bao", meaning the seal of the Dai Thanh dynasty and "Cuu long kim ty" meaning the golden seal of nine dragons.
According to Mr. Cuong, the king's seal is usually made of gold or jade, but this artifact is only made of metal. Similar artifacts are also being sold on many websites with prices ranging from 300,000 to 400,000 VND./.
