At that time, the driver of the container truck with license plate 37C 131.15 was parking on the side of the road to go to a restaurant for breakfast. At that time, Cao Van Duc, a 10th grade student at Dien Chau 5 High School, on his way to school, crashed into the back of the container truck, seriously injuring him and he was taken to Dien Chau District General Hospital for emergency treatment.
